Orders & tracking
How can I track my order?
Use our order tracking page with your order number and the email address used at checkout — if you're signed in, we already know your email, so you'll only need the order number.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 4 to 6 business days once your order ships (express delivery available). See our Delivery page for full details.
Is delivery free?
Yes, from 60,00 € of purchases with standard delivery. Below that, the fee depends on your order amount — see the breakdown on our Delivery page.
I haven't received my confirmation email — what should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it hasn't arrived within 48 hours, contact us with your order number if you have it.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a product that doesn't suit me?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving your order, no need to justify yourself — as long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Details on our Right of Withdrawal page.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is your responsibility, and the original delivery fees aren't refunded. Contact us before sending anything back — we'll provide instructions and the return address.
Can I still cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet?
Yes — contact us right away and we'll cancel it at no cost so you can reorder with the correct item.
Products & sizes
Are the perfumes authentic?
Yes. Every product sold on Olfazeta Luxury is authentic, sold as-is by an independent partner. Slight variations in shade or packaging may exist from one batch to another — see our Terms of Sale.
Why do prices change depending on the size I pick?
Most fragrances come in several sizes (from a travel format to a full bottle) so you can try a scent before committing, or buy the size that fits how often you wear it — each size is priced separately on the product page.
What do "top", "heart" and "base" notes mean?
They describe how a fragrance unfolds over time: top notes are what you smell first and fade quickest, heart notes form the main character once they settle in, and base notes are the deepest, longest-lasting accords underneath.
How do I find my fragrance's reference code?
Every perfume shows its reference (e.g. Ref. 127U) under its name on the product page — handy for reordering the exact same fragrance or writing to us about it.
What fragrance families does Olfazeta offer?
Our perfumes span several olfactory families: oriental amber, woody leather for men, floral gourmand for women, and unisex compositions — each fragrance's top, heart and base notes are listed on its product page.

Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just lets you see your order history in one place and skip re-entering your details next time.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard and PayPal, processed through our secure payment provider. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been validated.
